AcousTech™ Display and Exhibit Panels AcousTech™ Display and Exhibit Panels are decorative, 3-ply, acoustical and display exhibit panels. They can be installed as a continuous wall system or, individually as an accent or featured area. Standard finishes include 14 decorator colors from our palette of Galleria fabrics. These attractive facings were developed specifically to endure the rigors of displays and exhibiting and the repeated changing of anchors and attachments. AcousTech™ Display and Exhibit Panels are intended for light to medium weight displays while showing minimal wear. In addition, the AVL Galleria fabric's construction allows for the use of stick-on and hook-loop fasteners for signage, labels, etc. Customer specified finishes may also be used. 14 Standard Galleria Facings Strong Integral Mounting Support Standard or Custom Sizes Class A Fire Rating Effective Acoustical Performance Edge, Shape and Profile Options The 3-ply core consists of AVL's special density composite panel and high performance acoustical component. This combination provides two very important benefits. First, the ATDP Panel is very strong and is rated to resist a minimum of 25 pounds of direct withdrawal force for each nail, screw, or attachment point. Overall attachment strength increases with multiple attachment points. Second, the ATDP Panel is an acoustical control panel and provides important reduction of obtrusive sounds and bothersome noises such as loud speech, shuffling and movement of people, or other bothersome distractions. Finished products are supplied to sizes as specified, ready to install with supplied fasteners for easy mounting to existing substrates. Acoustical Performance AcousTech™ Display and Exhibit Panels with Galleria Fabric Facing, 5/8" thick overall, have a Noise Reduction Coefficient (N.R.C.) of .35 Fire Performance Composite assemblies with standard finishes have achieved a Flame Spread Rating of less than 25 (Class A) per ASTM E 84.
